What is a fit to fly certificate?

A fit to fly certificate is a document which provides you with evidence that you have taken a SARS-COV2 covid 19 test prior to travelling

Can I fly if my test results are positive?

You can not fly if test results are positive

What happens if my test results are positive ?

Our team of expertise will contact you to make you aware of any isolation process and will also notify the PHE and NHS test and trace who may contact you with further information

What happens if my test is negative?

You will recieve a fit to fly certificate via email, indicating your negative results which can be used accordingly

How do I book a test?

You can book and pay for a test by selecting the 'book online' page. This will then give you three options 'postal order', 'home to lab's and 'base to lab' each service will have a full description once you select

Can I amend my booking?

Due to the high demand of our service we do allow you to amend any booking free of charge however this needs to be done within 72hrs of booking date. For further information please view our terms and conditions.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes you can cancel a booking, however due to our high demand you will not recieve a refund. All cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy which you can find on our terms and conditions

Can I get a refund?

No you will not get money back for any cancellations, we can provide you with a voucher which is valid for 12 months

 What are your opening hours?

We operate from 8am-8pm 7 days a week, however bookings can be made 24/7 but are subject to availibility

Where is your base for 'base to lab'?

Base to lab would be located in the London area, we will send out confirmation via email confirming the location on booking

How long does it take to get my results?

We aim to deliver all results within 24hrs of booking date however this could take upto 48hrs for both 'home to lab' & 'base to lab' All postal order may take upto 72hrs

How much is the test?

 Home to lab is £199.99 Base to lab is £159.99 Postal order is £129.99

 Are all deliveries free of charge?

Yes

Are all collections free of charge?

Yes however if a collection is missed you must get this sent back as soon as possible and pay all costs to return swabs

What happens if my result is inconclusive?

 You will need to pay full price for a retest please refer to terms and conditions for full details 

There are no available dates on the website can I call to book?

 You can not call to book however you can contact us via our customer service email to see if there are any dates available

Can I take a test if I have symptoms?

 If you have any symptoms you can not book a test you must follow the government guidelines 

Are all fit2fly24/7 tests CE marked?

Yes all tests are CE marked

Can I change my booking date?

 All amendments need to be made within 72hrs of booking and all dates are subject to availibility

What happens if I book my test on the same day as I fly?

We aim to deliver all results within 24hrs however this could take upto 48hrs or 72hrs depending on service you select

What Is a PCR test?

 A PCR test is an antigen test and is used to detect a virus genetic material from a throat and nasal swab 

Is Fit2fly24/7 affiliated with the UK government's testing programme?

Fit2fly24/7 is a DHSC (department of health and social care) approved private provider of covid 19 screening services. The laboratory used for all test results are UKAS accredited
